# Project Introduction

HunterXdao is building a multi billion dollar venture capital to fund blockchain startup projects using a decentralized smart investment strategy through a decentralized autonomous organization (Dao) structure.

***Building a Venture Capital from dust - The HunterXdao approach........***

Crowdfunding involves raising capital to fund an innovative project from the public whether in a decentralized or a centralized form. HunterXdao is building a multi-billion dollar venture capital to fund blockchain startup projects using a decentralized smart investment strategy through a decentralized autonomous organization (Dao) structure. However the HunterXdao crowdfunding or crowd investment approach uses a taxable structure which is applied in every transaction to raise investment capital which is controlled using a Dao called Hunt protocol.

**The inspiration (The Hunter X story)**

The narrative of this project is inspired by the Chinese Zodiac signs of the HunterX hunters (also referred to as the Zodiac Twelve) a group of twelve Hunters handpicked by Ex-Chairman Isaac Netero. They have the highest authority in the Hunter Association after the Chairman and Vice Chairman, and acted as councilors and sparring partners for Netero. There seems to be no specific requirement to become a member other than being liked enough to be picked by Netero (in this case the community members).
