# HXD Token liquidity

**Early liquidity provision**

The HunterXdao will use 60% of fund raised during presale for early liquidity provision. This is to ensure that investors will be able to trade without any problem.

Liquidity mining After the early liquidity provision, liquidity mining will commence in two ways as listed below

1. **Auto liquidity generation :** Since the HXD contract is coded in a way that 1% tax on every transaction goes into the liquidity pool to increase the liquidity on the Dex, users don't need to worry about liquidity while the team and the council members will focus on project development.
2. **Liquidity Farming on HFarm :** Staking has proven to be one of the greatest means of securing protocols in Defi, the HFarm protocol will provide a liquidity staking option for liquidity providers or miner with a high yield reward.

Liquidity providers will earn more yield than single token stakers because they take more greater risk and ensure steady provision liquidity on the listed dex for buying and selling HXD.

**How Liquidity farming will work.**

1. Purchase HXD token from the listed Dex or Cex
2. Go to the add liquidity section of the listed Dex
3. Search for HXD liquidity pairs like HXD/ETH or BSC, ARB , AVAX and add liquidity in it.
4. Visit HFarm and select the Lp staking option
5. Stake the lp token and receive our proof of stake token "sHXD"

**Note :** With sHXD , you have equal right with dHXD holders and will be able to take part in the DAO.

The dHXD and sHXD are not tradable and once lost you wont be able to unstake your staked tokens.
